General Information

 If a student is ill you need to contact the main offices:

Elementary School: 776-5728 ext. 1051
Jr.-Sr. High School: 776-5728 ext. 1128

If your student has one of the following please notify the health office

Chicken Pox, Fifth Disease, Impetigo, Influenza (flu), Lice, Measles, Meningitis, Mumps, Pertussis (Whopping cough), Rubella, Salmonellosis, Scabies, Shingles, Streptococcal, Tuberculosis

If you discover head lice on your child please notify the health office.

If your child has any of the following symptoms please keep that child home. Remember if he or she comes to the Health Office with these symptoms you will be called to come and pick your child up.

Symptoms:
Fever
Vomiting
Diarrhea
Suspicious Rash
Severe Abdominal Cramps
Severe/Red Sore Throat
Uncontrollable Hacking Cough
